CodeValue is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our northern branch! Main Responsibilities:
* Manage employees in a matrix structure software organization
* Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
* The position is a full-time job and we are located in Yokneam
* Upsell and cross-sell existing Customers

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of Account Management experience -must
* Employee matrix management experience -must
* Cross-sell & Up-sell experience – must
* Project management experience – must
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, within the Israeli software technology sector
* Technical project management in software development or IT technologies – Advantage
* Business background
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Strong customer and employee service orientation
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Graduate degree/MBA – an advantage
