we are looking for a Delivery Lead – Information Systems
In this role, you will be working closely with Information Systems, Product and Engineering teams to assure efficient planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Information roadmap projects
Responsibilities:
Lead the successful delivery of multiple initiatives and projects in parallel across the Information Systems organization
Work closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, Developers, and QA throughout the full Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
Partner with Product and Engineering to build and maintain short- and long-term delivery plans
Proactively monitor project progress, manage risks, and remove impediments to ensure timely execution
Enhance collaboration, communication, and continuity across cross-functional teams
Collect, track, and share KPIs and delivery metrics with teams and stakeholders
Provide stakeholders with high visibility into development efforts through status reports, dashboards, charts, and insights
Act as an empowerment leader, fostering a problem-solving mindset and enabling teams to operate efficiently.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business processes, dependencies, and organizational needs
Solid understanding of modern software delivery methodologies, including Agile frameworks and classic project management approaches, and confidence switching between them as needed
Familiarity with Information Systems business processes (Sales, Finance, marketing, Support etc.)
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
