We are seeking a Business Data Solutions Manager to work closely and collaboratively with our Sales, Data Operations, Product and Online Marketing teams. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of partner onboarding and tracking operations, including planning, execution and ensuring technical customer success.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of technical and tracking integrations with our partners, including online and phone integrations.
Implementation and maintenance of server to server and API integration projects.
Provide partners with technical guidance, solve technical tracking issues, and support direct, third-party and programmatic advertising campaigns.
Support the Online Marketing team by creating online pixels and marketing tags in the tag manager, testing and deploying these tags.
Ensure data collection and standardization is met and explain methodologies to internal stakeholders.
2-3 years of hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, web analytics and tag management systems,
A relevant academic degree, with a preference for a B.Sc. in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
Knowledgeable in JavaScript, HTML and API integrations – advantage.
Knowledge in call tracking systems (Invoca, CallRail, etc.) – advantage.
Knowledge in API and data integration platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.) – advantage.
Solid experience with tag management systems (GTM, Tealium IQ, Javascript, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset, proven project management and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English – highly articulate in both speaking and writing directly with clients.
