Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct advanced data science research, focusing on automatic knowledge-based understanding, entity recognition, and NLP models like state-of-the-art transformers.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of researchers, data engineers, software developers, product specialists, and researchers to solve complex problems.
Take ownership of major building blocks of the world's first multi-dimensional people-skills-jobs AI product.
Lead selected initiatives, and take ownership of the end-to-end agile process, from ideation to production-grade implementation, constantly improving the companys products.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science projects.

Requirements:
MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
A minimum of five years of experience as a data scientist.
Experience in deep neural networks, especially in transformer architecture and graph embeddings.
Full proficiency with open-source ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Previous experience in a production environment.
Advanced Python skills with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, and a collaborative mindset.

Demonstrated an ability to deliver high-impact projects with measurable results.
