Create and develop ML models to drive the company forward and support decision making; while using data driven insights about our product, customers, business goals

Research creative data-driven ways to solve challenging real-world business problems
Design, establish, maintain and evolve the companys machine learning (ML) models
Develop production-level, scalable ML pipelines and models
Collaborate with analytics, business and data engineering teams and bring a proactive approach to handling anomalies and abnormal behavior within our DWH
Use your background in predictive modeling, advanced statistical analysis, ML practices and techniques and time series modeling to build new features and products.

Requirements:
BSc/MSc in a quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, computer science or equivalent)
7+ years of proven experience in developing and delivering end-to-end ML models, from data cleansing, feature engineering, algorithm development and implementation of models in production with real-world data
Deep statistical and mathematical knowledge (regression, linear algebra, properties of distributions, etc.) and the ability to understand, utilize and innovate on state-of-the art machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
Advanced knowledge in ML and deep learning
Familiarity with standard frameworks in data science (Numpy, Pandas, Scipy, Sklearn), gradient boosting frameworks, DNN frameworks
Languages: Python, working SQL knowledge with relational databases, query authoring (SQL), working with a variety of datasets
Knowledge of NLP/text analytics – advantage
Experience with using LLM frameworks – advantage
Experience with BigQuery – advantage
Knowledge of C++ – advantage
Start-up experience – advantage.
