We are responsible for designing, building, and operating our unified data centers; managing the demand planning and capacity utilization of our unified infrastructure; and responsible for all operations needed to run the physical infrastructure (including supply chain, hardware, power, security, and workflow teams). ?Responsibilities As a successful Datacenter Project Manager, your performance objectives will consist of:
* Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery
* Establish and enhance strong working relationships with customers
* Plan, managed, and communicated end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams
* Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders and other teams to drive resolution
* Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned best practices, and innovations on processes/procedures and tools to improve efficiencies and productivity
* Work with various Engineering, Operations, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineers, DC Build Managers, and Regional?Technical Infrastructure Managers during project planning and execution

* 3+ years experience in data Center / Computer room
* Strong written, verbal in English and interpersonal skills

* Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, incorporate feedback, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
* Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
