* Lead and manage a high-performing Business Intelligence (BI) team of 5-8 professionals, including system analysts, developers, and QA specialists
* Lead the end-to-end development of DWH and BI systems, from requirement gathering and design to implementation and production
* Collaborate with internal clients to prioritize tasks, optimize resource allocation, and manage project timelines effectively.
* Engage with stakeholders across the bank to identify business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
* Engage technological innovation by introducing new tools and continuously improving existing processes.
* Mentor and support team members, promoting their professional and personal development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in managing technology teams, particularly in BI and data environments. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing BI systems and ETL processes. • Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a strong ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Pyramid, or QlikView is advantageous. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience leading Agile projects.
