Lead the implementation and utilization of Google Analytics within the organization.
Conduct analysis on large, complex data sets reflecting user behavior, ensuring data quality, and maintaining high standards of communication and delivery.
Look beyond the numbers to inform, influence, support, and execute Compeny business decisions.
Address complex challenges concurrently in a large-scale production system environment.
Offer actionable recommendations and conclusions derived from data to shape our features and product roadmap.

Requirements:
3+ years of managerial experience leading data analytics teams.
Proven analytical expertise in the online B2C industry.
4+ years of broad hands-on data domain experience in BI / data Analysis.
Proficient in SQL.
Adept at working with large data sources and skilled in data extraction, cleaning, and merging.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations with at least one of the following tools: Looker, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau.
Familiarity with Big Data Cloud pipelines, tools, and data modeling.
3+ years of managerial experience leading data analytics teams.
Proven analytical expertise in the online B2C industry.
