We are a development team (R&D) building a client-server system on Microsoft Azure, operating over an advanced cloud-based data infrastructure. We are currently transitioning from a legacy SQL Server and Analysis Services stack to modern platforms including Snowflake and Azure Data Explorer (ADX).
As part of this transformation, were looking for a sharp and driven Data Analyst to help us extract insights, shape our data for Machine Learning and AI, and directly influence business decisions.
What will you do?
Analyze complex datasets from diverse sources (Snowflake, ADX, logs, APIs, etc.).
Identify actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to business and product stakeholders.
Build dashboards and monitoring tools using Power BI / Tableau / Looker (or similar).
Collaborate with development, product, and data engineering teams.
Prepare and process data for ML/AI purposes (feature engineering, labeling, etc.).
Lead ad-hoc analyses and data-driven PoCs to support decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a Data/BI-related field – a must.
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
Expert in SQL querying within BI and Data Warehouse structures, including complex joins, subqueries, and window functions.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
Proven analytical skills and critical thinking – ability to dive deep into data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
Experience working with BI platforms and communicating insights clearly through data storytelling.
Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Snowflake, ADX, BigQuery, Redshift – strong advantage.
Familiarity with Python for data analysis – an advantage.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and business-savvy
Experience supporting Machine Learning processes or working with Data Scientists.
Familiarity with cloud platforms – Azure or AWS (preferably Azure)
Technical fluency (e.g., working with APIs, logs, event-based systems).
