The PR&D Analytics & FinOps team helps ensure that the product and R&D leadership make data-driven decisions. It supports the organization by connecting critical data aspects, allowing to see the bigger picture, providing insights, and leading the organization towards the right direction.
The PR&D Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing data extracted from various technological systems, transforming it into actionable dashboards that provide insights to hundreds of engineers and leadership teams every day.
What youll do
Use your strong technical skills to slice and dice the product and engineering processes: product delivery, product adoption, quality, cloud cost, planning & execution and more.
Analyze cloud cost and usage data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
Create impactful dashboards, reflect the organization's KPIs, and allow monitoring of effectiveness, efficiency, delivery, etc.
Translate requirements into KPIs/ data analysis; drive for continuous improvement in all aspects.
Work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, communicate data findings to different teams; serve as a point of contact for all analytics in this domain.
Strive to innovate, challenge, and bring new ideas to the decision-makers table.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience working as a Data Analyst in the high-tech industry
Deep understanding of product and R&D processes
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field
Excellent SQL skills
Experience with Looker/Tableau or other similar data visualization tools
Technical/ analytical approach, passion for numbers and data
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights
Independent and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
All-in approach with high accountability, a sense of ownership, and passion
Great communication skills and presentation abilities
Bonus points
Experience in defining KPIs and monitoring them
Knowledge in FinOps and cloud cost management practices and tools
