we are looking to hire a Customer and Technical Support Representative who will be responsible for the interactions between our company and our customers and will provide more experienced and detailed technical support addressing special escalations, system bugs, customers complaints and more.
The position includes communication with the Support team agents and other internal departments in order to resolve and investigate issues escalated.
This role requires a combination of excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge to address both non-technical and technical queries
Requirements:
High level of written English/Hebrew. Excellent written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Efficient multitasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments for issue resolution.
Ability to apply judgment based on general guidelines.
Previous experience in similar positions – an advantage
