We are in search of our first Customer Support Specialist to directly engage with customers and contribute hands-on to the development of our support operations. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and spearheading the creation of our support infrastructure. We're looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make a direct impact on ensuring exceptional customer service.
Location: Bar-Lev, Israel (between Akko and Karmiel)
Your Mission:
Keep our customers always happy and satisfied
Provide top-class support and customer experience
Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and follow up until final resolution
Guide users through features and functionalities such as onboarding, maintenance, and
ongoing activities
Create and write support playbooks for partners and guide them through the tools and
Processes.

Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player; thrives in a multi-tasking environment
Ability to take initiative and adapt
Patience when handling tough cases
Tech oriented and fast learner
English and Hebrew – High proficiency a Must
Relevant diploma
