We seek a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our customers fully utilize FinBots services, drive customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. You will work closely with customers to help them achieve success using our product, troubleshoot issues, and provide insightful feedback to our product and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support.
Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring they quickly adopt and realize the value of FinBots solutions.
Address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and provide product training when necessary.
Monitor customer engagement and proactively reach out to ensure ongoing satisfaction and product optimization.
Collaborate with the sales, product, and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Identify upsell opportunities and work to drive product usage and customer retention.
Build strong relationships with customers, positioning FinBot as a trusted partner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer success, support, or account management roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
