A web application with a friendly client-office interface, which includes receipt of invoices and documents by email, and by photo in the application, including WhatsApp, and turning them into automatic log commands. We seek a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our customers fully utilize FinBots services, drive customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships. You will work closely with customers to help them achieve success using our product, troubleshoot issues, and provide insightful feedback to our product and support teams. Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support.
* Guide customers through onboarding, ensuring they quickly adopt and realize the value of solutions.
* Address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and provide product training when necessary.
* Monitor customer engagement and proactively reach out to ensure ongoing satisfaction and product optimization.
* Collaborate with the sales, product, and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
* Identify upsell opportunities and work to drive product usage and customer retention.
* Build strong relationships with customers, positioning as a trusted partner.
