As part of our accelerated growth, we are looking for a Hands-on Business Development analyst – Financial products who is interested in capital markets.
The position includes constant monitoring of financial markets, and pricing of derivative based investments vs. the leading investment banks in the world. The analyst will acquire in-depth knowledge of capital markets / investment banking business and transactions. The successful applicant will receive training for using: Bloomberg Terminal, Derivative pricing engines and other bank systems.

Requirements:
BA in economics/finance
Good Financial skills:
o familiarity with capital markets
o Knowledge in derivatives an advantage
o Experience in selling financial investments/products
o Back office operation experience in banks or financial institutions, including payment settlements – an advantage
o Back office operation experience in banks or financial institutions, including payment settlements
Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple clients at the same time.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Self-learning and independent orientation
Excellent research and analytic skills
Proficiency with Excel
High level of English
Highly motivated person with a multi-tasking and a can-do approach
