Requirements:
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
High level of English proficiency.
Experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen analytical mindset.
A proactive approach to anticipating and addressing client needs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and internal teams.
