As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
Manage, lead, and support our company's clients
Provide excellent service, solve problems, and build trust.
Work closely with recruiting managers, HR personnel, and development roles within the company.
Develop business and expand the range of services provided to customers.
The work is mostly office-based with internal stakeholders, but also includes meetings with clients and field visits.

Requirements:
At least two years of experience in recruiting for the Hi-Tech or Biotech sectors – required
At least one year of experience in customer account management – a significant advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills – required
High-level English and Hebrew – fluent communication
Ability to work independently, versatile, and proactively
Bachelor's degree – required. Master's degree – a significant advantage
At least two years of experience in recruiting for the Hi-Tech or Biotech sectors – required
At least one year of experience in customer account management – a significant advantage
