We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team
Responsibilities:
Act as the customer’s focal point
support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of the products.
Identify and analyze the customers needs and translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company
Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the clients needs and those of the company

Requirements:
2-3 years experience as B2B Success Manager/Account manager Must (Experience from FinTech companies will be considered as an advantage).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – Must
BA in Economics/Business Management – advantage
Experience in the online industry (Online trading, Gaming, Crypto) – advantage
Knowledge of development lifecycles & working with R&D teams – advantage
Experience working with international customers – Advantage
Fluent English (written and spoken) – Must
Excellent analytical skills & working with MS office tools – Must
Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks & thier risks
Customer-facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player
