Responsibilities:
– Managing the companys customers
– Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities by managing customers account status and ensuring they purchase the most beneficial products and services for their business needs and financial goals
– Consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, striving for high retention
– Analyzing customer usage data using self developed tools for improving customer performance and ensuring their success
– Understanding client requirements then educating and advising them accordingly for best platform usage practices
– Serve as TeraGen person of contact in front of our clients and other teams
– Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date know-how in the fields of ASO, marketing related technologies and industry news
What is expected of you:
– 3+ years of experience in revenue-generating and customer-facing executive positions for SaaS companies
– Extensive experience in B2B sales management
– Technical selling capabilities
– Experience in working with organizations: maintaining connections with managers and C level employees
– Ambition, passionate high achiever with strong drive and hunger for sales
– Superb communication and presentation skills
– A true hunter with a curious mind, problem-solving, resourceful, well-organized, team player and critical thinker
– Fluent professional English – writing and speaking
– Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
– Outgoing, positive and energetic personality
– Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and organization skills
