Conduct pre-sale and post-sale activities, including product demonstrations
Assist with product implementation and resolve technical issues
Advise on complementary products and contribute to product improvement

5+ years in pre/post-sales, Technical Support, or solution architecture
Strong project management and customer escalation skills
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
