We are now looking for a forward thinking, structured and committed Supply and Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Helsingborg. You would belong to a team of five highly motivated and experienced supply chain professionals collaborating closely with commercial teams and other local functions like quality, regulatory affairs and portfolio management. You would have an opportunity to build-up international relationships with our supply chain colleagues and manufacturing sites across Europe. You would also be involved closely in managing availability and distribution of pharmaceuticals in Sweden.
This role is a combination of supply management and customer service responsibilities.
As Supply Specialist you would be independently responsible for ensuring correct supply and inventory levels for own agreed product portfolio for Swedish market. This would require systematic monitoring of sales forecasts, inventory levels and production and delivery plans as well as timely communication with own defined planners and sites. Maintaining excellent service levels on product supply and optimizing inventory levels are primary targets in this role. Also close monitoring of forecast accuracy is required.
In Customer Service Specialist role you would be an important co-worker for current Senior Customer Service Specialist. Initially you would be supporting in important routines ensuring proper flow of incoming deliveries, invoicing, inventory management including reconciliation and different local and central reporting tasks. You would also be closely involved in collaboration with our local wholesaler and ensuring excellent service to key customers.
Success in this role requires systematic and analytic way of working, ability to identify clear priorities and act on those in good pace – as well as good communication skills and willingness to build relationships across teams and country boarders.

How you’ll spend your day
Through contact with central planning hubs and in-house suppliers, ensure supply at correct time and correct quantity. Apply the correct sense of urgency according to product/SKU classification.
Participate in relevant meetings and update database with necessary information for stakeholders.
Ensure that forecast, safety stock and other planning parameters are correct for items belonging to relevant suppliers planned through defined hubs and in-house suppliers.
Monitor and secure product changes for relevant suppliers planned through hubs and in-house suppliers.
Preadvise all incoming deliveries relevant suppliers planned through hubs and in-house suppliers.
Responsible for coordinating information flow related to import and export licenses, between Supply Chain, manufacturing sites, local stakeholders and local wholesaler.
Measure, analyze and follow up Supply Chain related KPIs
Tasks and responsibilities of this position are part of the GDP and require regular training in relevant areas of the GDP-regulation.
