Manage customer queries and requests to ensure a positive customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and maintain strong relationships through communication. Provide timely and accurate quotes based on customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Send quotations to customers based on direct inquiries from customers and the sales team
• Ongoing communication with suppliers to fulfill customer needs
• Handle customer service requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Handle customer requests that come through the CRM system
• Answer customer calls and route them to appropriate departments as needed
