Were looking for a top talented Customer Program Manager to join our Customer Success team.
Responsibilities:
Support Arbes customers in creating a complete system based on Arbes products, while developing a deep understanding of customers' needs and helping to shape the product.
Manage customer program, schedule and deliveries
Represent the company to the customer, and maintain good relationships with the customers reps
Provide technical support to key customers, work closely with R&D on complex technical issues
Create variant solutions for customer issues, take proactive actions in order to ensure customer high satisfaction
Generate, track and monitor progress on complex customer programs
Customize the product for the specific customer requirements
Become the go-to person in understanding customers needs
Manage and support the product evaluation process for selected customers.
Help customers with designing their solution based on Arbes products
Report customer feedback and requests back to the support manager, product group and R&D
Collaborate with R&D, Operations and other stakeholder groups to achieve the company's targets

Requirements:
BSc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Engineering or similar
6+ years of experience as a Customer Program Manager or other related roles is required
Good technical understanding of complex multidisciplinary products
Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Experience with supporting customers in hardware/ IC
Experience running multiple projects and concurrent requests, ability to organize and prioritize
Excellent problem-solving
Strong sense of accountability and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Semiconductor industry
Experience in the Automotive industry
