We are looking to hire a Customer Success Operations.
The position is temporary for 6 months, with a possibility for extension.
You will:
Be responsible for inputting and maintaining payroll data in our customer platform
Be responsible for accurate and timely payroll data entry in our customer platform
Review and audit data to ensure data integrity
Support the implementation and optimization of customer success processes and workflows
Provide administrative support
Assist on special projects and requirements
Monitor reports to identify data gaps
Collaborate with different departments to solve problems and bring up any issues

Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
Fluent English and excellent overall communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a short time and adhere to tight schedules
Precise attention to detail
