As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of our customer marketing team, responsible for initiating, planning, and executing on-site and online events for our customers across the USA, Europe, and APAC.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and elevate key customer initiatives. You will work closely with our customer success, solution architects, product, and research teams, as well as your fellow marketing colleagues.
Reporting to our Director of Customer Marketing, this role requires exceptional collaboration and organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage virtual and on-site events for customers (summits, round tables, webinars, etc.) including agenda planning, logistics, developing promotional communications to drive attendance and follow-up
Lead all SWAG and strategic gifting operations: research, copywriting, purchasing, inventory management and worldwide shipping
Administrate marketing financial operations including budget management and reporting
Coordinate the marketing department calendar

2+ years experience in event management/field marketing
Proven ability to source and curate content and speakers
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Ability to travel 2 times a quarter
Ability to run several project simultaneously
Nice to have:
Experience in a cyber security company
Experience in a B2B SAAS company/ cyber security
