We are looking for a Customer facing IT expert to join our dynamic team
As our IT and Network Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Maintaining our client- interfacing and network infrastructure, servers, routers, switches, and APs.
Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, interfacing with customers networks.
Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
Providing Technical Support to customers and staff (external and internal).
Implementing GDPR related safeguards and mitigations to keep compliance.
Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.
Staying up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – Advantage.
o Strong understanding of network administration principles and practices.
o CRM expertise: Experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms like Hubspot is preferred.
o Experience with remote server operating systems ( Linux ).
o Knowledgeable with DNS, DHCP, GPO.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Experience with network security technologies (firewalls, intrusion detection, MFA, SSO, etc.).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficient in English, preferably experience in customer-facing roles Must.
o German speaking- Advantage.
o Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
o Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration- Must.
