As our customer facing IT expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products on customers premises.
Responsibilities:
Being part of our customer success team, helping our customers save lives using technology.
Working with our customers and our IT partners to plan, install and configure hardware and software. (All access is remote)
Troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues to ensure flawless operation.
Serving as the technical go-to guy for the customer support team.
Working closely with the R&D teams on constantly improving the product stability and maintainability from both network and software aspects.
Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as IT manger a product company.
High proficiency in Linux operating systems and tools.
Hand on experience in remote support and maintenance of Linux based systems.
Hands on experience with configuring network equipment such as firewalls, routers, switches, and access points and network diagnostic tools.
Understanding of Internet application protocols – HTTP, DNS, MQTT, SMTP, etc.
Understanding of security concepts HTTPS, etc.
Proficient in English.
