Requirements:
* 2 years of proven experience in call center service – must.
* Sales orientation or experience B2B + B2C – Advantage
* Experience working in CRM systems and Office applications is a must.
* Ability to meet goals and work under pressure
* Good human relations and teamwork ability
* High service consciousness – must.
* Good writing and reading ability in English – must
* Additional language – Advantage
* Multi-interface work, coordinating logs with contractors/customers/warehouses.
* Work and follow-up with the authorities with emphasis to the electricity company
* Firm excel skills
