As our Creative Director , you will play a key role in leading our design and content teams to create compelling brand experiences across various marketing channels. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will collaborate closely with the marketing and brand teams to conceptualize and execute on going campaigns that resonate with our audience and maintain our brand’s unique identity.

* Lead and inspire a team of designers and content creators, setting clear objectives and providing creative direction and feedback.
* Collaborate with the brand team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and brand strategies.
* Enforce brand look and voice guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality in design and messaging.
* Oversee the development of visual assets for digital and print marketing materials, including but not limited to email campaigns, posts, website, packaging, and retail displays.
* Review and approve all design and content deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards of creativity, usability, and brand consistency.
* Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate the brand’s creative output.

* Strong English proficiency at a level close to native language, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior creative role within a consumer-facing brand, preferably in the beauty or Ecommerce industry.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of creative professionals.
* Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment and effectively communicate and align cross-functionally.
