– Proven experience in corporate law, preferably in the technology sector.
– Strong understanding of corporate governance, investment strategies, and stock option plans.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
-Experience in a high-tech department of a leading large law firm or a top-ranked boutique law firm specializing in high-tech.
-Native-level proficiency in English.
