Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring.
Negotiate terms and manage stakeholder alignment across functions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth acquisition and integration planning.
Present deal rationale and progress to senior executives and the Board.

Requirements:
Significant M&A experience including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation as a lead deal maker (vs. leading a professional silo like Finance, HR, or Just PMI).
6+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
Understanding of telecom/software markets and strategic fit analysis.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
BA in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
Significant M&A experience including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation as a lead deal maker (vs. leading a professional silo like Finance, HR, or Just PMI).
6+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or consulting.
Understanding of telecom/software markets and strategic fit analysis.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
