We are looking for a product analyst who will ensure a high level of product content and constantly improve the educational experience of our users.
Responsibilities:
Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, and translate it into simple, polished, and engaging cyber exercises.
Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Perform constant research and brainstorming to figure out innovative ways to create educational and challenging content in gamified ways.
Find opportunities to improve our content based on user interaction analysis.
