This role is geared towards a results-oriented leader with a can-do attitude and excellent ability to identify and create interventions that drive business goals. The Strategic team Manager will be responsible for managing a team of professionals in the policy enforcement realm, responsible for clients success, training & knowledge and content quality assurance processes. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact Advertisers success and companys branding by leading a smart, data and business oriented team.
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
Plan, develop and implement the Policy enforcement strategy to serve Advertisers and Publishers, as well as the Companys Content Quality positioning.
Conduct analysis for identifying trends, pain points and opportunities within the content quality domain and create interventions to manage and support these findings.
Manage escalations on a high level management level effectively.
Conduct analysis to identify knowledge and operational processes gaps and implement improvement and action plans as needed.
Work closely with the relevant departments (Product, R&D) on creating automation and tools to serve the main content quality goals.
Lead the training and knowledge domain, creating best practice training and knowledge processes to increase and maintain high content quality level, in an ever changing environment.
Identify the processes and actions that will generate the most impact
Lead, mentor and orchestrate the strategic team to focus on the essentials and work on it as an ensemble.
Create and drive career development and professional development programs for team members
Lead business and customer discussions to reveal opportunities, key differentiators and where value can be added to the business.
Present findings, projections and recommended actions.
reporting on initiatives and progress to higher management
3+ years of experience managing a group of SMEs in a hectic global tech environment
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures
Strong organizational, planning and project management skills
Experienced in working with Product and R&D and creating feature requests documents
Ability to make fact-based decisions, quickly coupled with great attention to detail to ensure high-quality work products
Data and KPIs driven. Hands on experience with KPI setting and measurement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; must be able to convey clear and concise messages (please make sure your language knowledge is clearly stated on your cv)
Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently and prioritize
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to work hard, hustle, and get things done with a hands-on approach, in a 24/7 hours working operation
