we are recruiting a Construction Permit Examiner.
What will your job look like?
Ongoing work with the local authority
Interaction with citizens regarding building permits.
Collecting information from the municipal planning and building committee, from municipal-specific guidelines other databases.
Concluding all the data and updating the plan accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in geography / civil engineering technicians certificate / architecture degree or social sciences degree.
Previous experience as a building permit examiner an advantage.
Familiarity with municipal construction laws and permits.
Knowledge and experience in working in a computerized environment.
Availability for a full-time position in central Israel.
