We are looking for a hands-on Algorithms Team Leader to join our group and lead one of our algorithmic teams.
The position requires coming to the office in Jerusalem twice a week.
In this role you will do:
Lead a team of talented Algorithm Developers.
Lead the research and development of innovative Computer Vision and Deep Learning algorithms in areas such as Object Detection and Tracking, Depth Sensing, and 3D Reconstruction.
Bring state of the art algorithms to product quality, running in the Autonomous Vehicle.
Collaborate with engineering and research teams in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering to solve real-life problems.

Minimum qualifications:
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven background in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
4+ years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms.
Strong programming and engineering skills.
Ability to learn new technologies and techniques.
Independent, creative, and innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
Advantages:
M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or Machine Learning.
Experience in managing algorithms teams.
Experience in real-time programming, preferably in C/C++.
