Required Compliance Manager
DESCRIPTION
The Compliance Team Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our company's compliance initiatives. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that our business operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the compliance team to ensure effective compliance strategies are developed and implemented across the company.
Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards, advising on compliance matters to senior management and relevant departments.
Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management and taking proactive steps to address any issues identified.
Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive compliance program, including policies, procedures, and training initiatives to ensure company-wide adherence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory bodies, managing communications and submissions as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance considerations are integrated into business processes and product development.
Lead initiatives to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the company.

Requirements:
Law degree from an accredited law school with current attorney licensure.
At least 2-3 years of managerial experience overseeing a compliance or legal team, preferably within a fintech company.
Demonstrated expertise in the legal and regulatory environment of the fintech industry.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of team development and management.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Fluency in English and Hebrew with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
