The opportunity
We are currently looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the Complaints Officer, based in Sofia, with direct reporting line to Complaints Manager.
How you’ll spend your day
• Receipt of complaints concerning product quality
• Contact person for Teva commercial quality units for all the mater related to received product complaints under responsibility
• Registration and investigation of complaints concerning product quality
• Organization and coordination of complaints samples management
• Acts as a contact person for the supplier requesting complaint investigation
• Evaluation of the provided investigation, including criticality, root cause and CAPA
• Completion of TrackWise record and preparation for approval and closure
• Tracking complaints to be resolved in due time
• Maintaining and archiving of all documents and email correspondence related to complaints in TrackWise
• Following all applicable corporate and regional standards and procedures
