We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our HR team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. As a strategic partner, you will manage the development, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
Lead the annual salary and equity budgeting and annual processes, collaborating with HR and leadership to streamline and enhance impact
Use analytics to identify trends in compensation, analyze costs and benefits, and provide insights and action plan.
Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our compensation processes remain competitive, attractive and compliant.
Partner with HR and leadership to develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees.
Manage the communication and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure seamless processing of compensation-related transactions.
Collaborate with HRIS specialists to manage, optimize, and ensure data integrity within our HRIS systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Bachelors degree, Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
