HCM systems: 4+ years of experience with the HRIS ecosystem either in a Professional Services setting or directly at customer sites as an Implementer – must
Experience in analyzing systems of Compensation and Benefit – must
Excellent communication skills in a global environment – must!
Deep knowledge of HR business processes.
Documentation and Best Practices: A commitment to ing system configurations, customizations, and processes while staying up-to-date with systems releases and new features.
