We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commissioning Specialist for a construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
Commissioning Plan Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive Construction Phase Commissioning Plan, ensuring all processes are aligned with project goals and timelines.
Non-Compliance Management: Create and maintain an Issues Log to track and resolve deficiencies discovered through submittal reviews, inspections, and testing.
Checklist Management: Track and manage Checklists, ensuring all commissioning activities are documented and completed.
Submittal Reviews: Review submittals related to the systems being commissioned.
System Verification: Verify that all systems and equipment are properly installed and operate according to design specifications and performance criteria.
Inspection and Acceptance: Verify acceptance of each building and system, to ensure conformance with contract requirements.
