Commissioning manager provides commissioning expertise and coordinates commissioning resources for the development of commissioning related deliverables, including participation in constructability and operability activities, and engineering design reviews.
Manage and monitor the day-to-day activities of the EPC Project COMT team, comprising commissioning coordinators, commissioning engineers, operations and maintenance specialists
Participate in the key design reviews such as P ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities.
Monitor the project field and jobsite start-up and commissioning operations.
Oversees Startup and Commissioning for all sectors, reviewing process owner for all policies and procedures associated to the commissioning department.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
work experience
5 years experience with energy: Gas Turrbines /or Energy Storage system, Power Systems, Transmission, Communication Network, and related Software.
Experience with MPA FT4000 and or FT8 Pratt Whitney systems
Education: Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
work experience
