Responsibilities:
Setup and Customization:
* Configure project management software (e.g., Jira Cloud) to meet the unique needs of the gaming startup.
* Customize workflows, fields, screens, and permissions to align with project requirements.
* Integrate project management tools with other software used within the company (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Opsgenie). Project Management Support:
* Implement agile methodologies and best practices.
* Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Training and Support:
* Train team members on how to effectively use project management tools.
* Create documentation and provide user guides.
* Offer ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and answer questions. Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Set up dashboards and reports to track project progress and performance.
* Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements. Key Capabilities in Jira Cloud: Administration:
* Proven experience in Jira Cloud administration, including user management, permissions, and roles.
* Expertise in configuring and customizing Jira Cloud projects, boards, and workflows. Automation and Integration:
* Advanced skills in using Jira Cloud Automation for creating and managing automation rules.
* Proficiency in integrating Jira Cloud with other tools (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket) and external systems via REST API and webhooks. Customization:
* Ability to create and manage custom fields, issue types, screens, and workflows.
* Experience with configuring advanced Jira Cloud features such as Portfolio for Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, and Jira Service Management. Scripting and API Usage:
* Advanced scripting knowledge (e.g., Scriptrunner, Python) for Jira automation and customization.
* Expert-level skills with Jira Cloud REST API for custom integrations and automations. Performance and Optimization:
* Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Jira Cloud instances.
* Knowledge of best practices for optimizing Jira Cloud performance and usability. Security and Compliance:
* Understanding of data security best practices in a cloud environment.
* Experience with backup and recovery processes for Jira Cloud.
* Ability to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations. Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Expertise in setting up and managing dashboards and reports in Jira(EazyBI) Cloud to track project progress and performance.
* Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
