What youll be doing:
support technology-enabled business strategies and operations to drive increased agility, scalability, and improve service quality of the technology operations, infrastructure and cloud services.
Collaborate and engage with cross-functional teams to champion and drive support for the purpose of ensuring delivery of IT services
planning, coordinating and directing the functions of the Infrastructure and Cloud Services unit
Coordinates and identifies architecture and design of scalable and cost-effective infrastructure, and management solutions
Manages the Cloud and Compute Infrastructure budget and Project Portfolio
Develops, manages, and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for departmental activities
Researches emerging technology for the purpose of being knowledgeable on trends, recommending acquisitions for improving efficiencies and reducing costs to the assigned manager.
Lead global teams of experts to maintain, develop, and implement corporate services, applications, and platforms in the areas of System, Network, Security Operations, SW Labs, Cloud services and more, from 1st level support of monitoring, and helpdesk operations, through second level support of infra services, all the way to 3rd level support of engineering and architecting solutions
An active member of the IT leadership team, take an integral part in setting the long and short term strategies
in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
Experience managing global teams of ~90 employees
Creative mindset, problem solver, service oriented, strong business understanding
Deep experience with network assets, compute & storage, various OS, virtualization platforms, backup solutions, identity management in a multi domain environment,
Extensive experience with cloud architecture, platforms, and tools
Strong verbal and written English skills, and experience in working with executives globally
