As a CI/CD DevOps Manager, youll be focusing on the developer cycle time and velocity side, developing workflows and methodologies, and choosing the technologies youll be using in order to accelerate and improve the developer experience.

Hire, train, and mentor new team members as the team grows
Ability to build long-term plans and set alignment around goals and objectives.
Responsible for the teams deliveries and KPIs
Build solutions that allow our R&D teams to work productively at scale
Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
Learn and apply industry best practices and share this knowledge within the team and with other teams.
Solve diverse production-grade complex problems.
Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies to stay ahead of the curve and perfect our services.
Take an active part in the research and implementation of new technologies
Troubleshooting and mitigating production incidents as part of an on-call rotation alongside engineers from other R&D groups.

People skills- Be a team player with a strong sense of ownership and can communicate and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
Experienced in management and technical leadership of development teams.
Passion for building powerful products for engineers. Enabling them to build, deploy and operate systems at scale.
Strong coding skills in at least one of the languages (Python/Go / Node.js /Java) and testing methodologies
An expert in Cloud environments, especially with GCP/AWS
An expert in designing and building GitOps CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Action, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
Experience in Nx build system for mono-repo
Experience in continues delivery using Canary and Blue-green progressive rollout.
Proven hands-on experience with containerized environments and microservices; Kubernetes Experience with infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, etc.).
