Seeking a highly skilled and innovative CTO to join our team, overseeing all technical
aspects of the company, driving our technological vision, and ensuring the successful
implementation of our technology strategy to meet our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technology team, the position includes hands on craft.
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of all technological
systems and infrastructure.
Foster relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CTO.
* In-depth knowledge of AI methods, including development and implementation.
* Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-
performing team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate
with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
