As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of all revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue Growth: Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets set by the CEO.
Lead Inspire: Build, manage, and mentor high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Strategic Vision: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to expand Market Leadership: Represent Omnitelecom at industry events and with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
– 4+ years' experience in sales positions for B2B/B2E SaaS platforms.
– 5+ years' of experience in Business Development functions.
– Results and goal driven. Proven track record of exceeding quotas year over year.
– Profound Understanding of the SaaS sales pipeline how to drive business from stage to stage.
– Tech Savvy, good with digital interfaces.
– 4+ years' experience in sales positions for B2B/B2E SaaS platforms.
