The ideal candidate is a trategic thinker, expert at creating and executing FRD strategies, and excels at building donor relationships. With a target-oriented mindset, the CDO will lead growth efforts globally and in North America.

Reporting to the CEO of company and collaborating with the Jewish Agency FRD department.
Responsibilities:
Strategh and Growth: Develop and implement company's FRD strategy, fostering donor engagement and expansion.
Donor Expansion: Increase annual donor base and initiate outreach to potential foundatoins and contributors in Israel and globally.
Fundraising Growth: Enhance annual fundraising revenue for company through diverse strategies.
Donor Cohort Management: Coltivate a pipeline of donors, including alumni and parents.
Relationship Management: Use varied fundraising techniques to build strong connections with high-capacity coustituents.
North American Champions Board: Establish a company "Champions" board to bolster support.
Global Speaker's Bureau: Create an international speaker's bureau for company's impact.
Strategic Contribution: Contribute to company's Senior team, shaping overall strategy.
Jewish Sgency Liaison: Collaborate on donor relations, missions, speakers and reporting.
Missions and Delegations: Manage and coordinate all company fundraising missions, dellegations and donor visits with the different departments.

Experience – Minimum 5 years in fundraising – Must.
Experience in sales, buisness development, or active Jewish community involvent – An dvantage.
Education – Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Communication – Exceptional interpersonal and detail-focused communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Passion – Strong Commitment to Israel and understanding of Jewish community issues.
Israeli and North American Philanthropy – Expereinced in both philanthropy landscapes.
Collaboration – A collaborative team player adapt at multitasking.
Tech Profiency: Strong Microsoft Office skills, Salesfoce familiarity- preferred.
