This senior marketing leader will restructure the current marketing team, scale it, and lead it to success and reach its goals.
The primary mission will be driving revenue, pipeline and user growth, brand equity, increasing product usage, facilitating feature adoption, and preventing churn.
This strategic role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to effectively reach, educate, nurture, and drive traction among our target audience, buying committee and ICPs.
The position includes planning and strategizing a full-throttle marketing strategy and GTM, building paid and organic growth engines, initiating and managing 360 degrees brand marketing campaigns, leading the marketing roadmap efforts, building a scalable marketing organizational structure, and executing everything from A-Z while achieving all planned business KPIs and success indicators

Requirements:
– Minimum of 6 years of experience in building, managing, and leading small-medium scale marketing organizations
– 5 years of experience in the blockchain worlds
– A solid track record in managing team members and freelancers at the same time
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing 6+ figures media budgets annually
– Experience as a PMM and/or Growth Marketing
– Proven experience in brand building (messaging, branding, and positioning) and Brand Awareness development
– Track record of successfully developing and managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously
– Solid knowledge and experience in SEO, social media, content marketing, paid acquisition, and Affiliate marketing
– Complete command of web analytics and Google Adwords, with proven experience in both
– Strong analytical and project management skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Native English or high level of proficiency
