What Will You Do?
Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, email, and other company logistics.
Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite process.
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
Support special cross-company projects.
Support ad-hoc projects as needed, such as offsites and company events.
Administer flights and accommodation for travel and maintain a positive attitude to handle last-minute changes.
What Are We Looking For?
At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role in the tech industry that reports directly to upper management.
Capable of taking initiative and performing well under pressure.
Strong communication and strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
High sense of responsibility and accountability.
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Strong organizational skills.
Fluent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor them to individual personalities – a must.
