The project is in the final stages of construction and at the commencement of operation, as commercial processes are taking place that include discussions with the relevant government bodies, funders, etc.
The purpose of the position is to lead the completion of the construction and the start of operation of the facility. This includes managing the establishment and operation contract vis-à-vis all the interfacing parties (governmental, financiers
Requirements:
Financial and business orientation, legal orientation, experience in multicultural and international work relations (travel abroad is required once a year), commercial understanding, high level presentation and expression skills, systemic vision, initiative, abilities to conduct complex negotiations, ability to drive processes, high interpersonal ability and excellent interpersonal skills, ability to self-manage and work independently, ability to work while multitasking and decision-making ability, ability to maneuver between a variety of interfaces and distinguish between critical and less critical.
